THE FRAMEWORK
Perform. Lead. Recover.
Three skills needed to be successful.
01 / PERFORM
Under pressure
Staying effective when the stress response is doing its job a little too well.
-Decision-making with incomplete information
-Holding focus through chaos
-Real-time emotional regulation
-Composure as a trained response
02 / LEAD
Through pressure
What leaders do to a team's stress level without ever naming it out loud.
-Regulating yourself first
-Communication when stakes are high
-Conflict, trust, and accountability
-Building a team that recovers
03 / RECOVER
From pressure
The half of the job with no procedure written for it, and the half that ends careers early.
-Cumulative stress and sleep debt
-Recognizing burnout in your people
-Recovery habits that survive a real schedule
-Sustainable performance over decades
