Cancellation Policy

BOOKING POLICY: - All bookings for a discovery call must be made through our website or by contacting us directly via email. - A confirmation email will be sent upon successful booking, including the Zoom link. - For group bookings or special requests, please contact us directly via email to discuss your needs. CANCELLATION POLICY: - Cancellations made at least 12 hours before the scheduled discovery call will be acknowledged. - If Bounce Resilience must cancel a session, we will make sure to notify you as well at least 12 hours before the scheduled call via email or phone. WAITLIST POLICY: - Availability will be offered on a first-come, first-served basis, and must be confirmed within 24 hours of notification.
